Reveal 0434: Hotline Miami (Official Soundtrack)

Today we are looking at, the Hotline Miami (Official Soundtrack) by Various Artists. Released on vinyl by Laced Records with no catalog number in 2016, for this original 2013 digital release. This is the Collector's Edition Vinyl, first pressing, funded through Kickstarter, and limited to 5,000 copies.

The cover has a character being vaporized. The back contains the tracklist. Opening the tri-fold reveals a different character on each panel; Horse, Rooster, Owl.

The cover designs span across both the inner gatefold and outer gatefold.

Each record is housed in a double sided slipcase for each character from the inner gatefold, with the font showing a normal view, with a beast mode on the back.

The album is pressed on red translucent for sides 1A and 1B, black for sides 2A and 2B, and yellow translucent for sides 3A and 3B.

Reveal 0311: Vinyl Moon Volume 027: Skyride

Today we are looking at, Vinyl Moon Volume 027: Skyride. Released by Vinyl Moon as catalog number Volume 027 in 2017. 

The cover has the volume name embossed at the top, and a colorful geometric design in the middle. The back contains the tracklist and credits, along with a multi-environmental design. Opening the gatefold reveals a woman, and man.

A wave cut insert is included with a cloud wave design on the front.

A booklet is included with a message from the founder, track artwork and lyrics, and information about the designer.

The album is pressed on translucent blue for sides A, and B.

Today we are looking at, BIT.TRIP’s Greatest Chips by Various Artists. Released by iam8bit as catalog number 8BIT-8003 in 2015. 

The cover has has an illustration of the game design. The back contains the tracklist and the performing artists. This release includes a protective outer sleeve with a hype sticker.

A sticker is also included of the titular runner.

The album is pressed on a picture disc for sides A, and B.
