Today we are looking at, Akira Symphonic Suite by Geinoh Yamashirogumi. Reissued by Milan as catalog number MLN1-36804 in 2017, for this original 1988 release.

The cover has the composer name, album title, and movie artwork. The back contains the tracklist, and Kaneda sitting on Tetsuo's throne. Opening the gatefold reveals a view of Neo Tokyo's skyline.

This release included two printed inner sleeves, with information about the composer and an illustration on the first. And the credits and an illustration on the second.

The album is pressed on two 180g black records for sides A, B, C, and D.

Today, we are looking at the Symphonic Suite Akira, composed by Shoji Yamashiro and performed by Yamashirogumi Geinoh, released by Invitation as catalog number VIH-28339 in 1988. This is the original pressing of this score.
