Today we are looking at, Standing at the Gate: Remix Collection by Caroline Polachek. Released by Perpetual Novice as catalog number PANGREMIXLP in 2021. This is the remix album for tracks from her debut release, Pang.

The cover has the artist initials, and a gate, with die cut holes that reveal symbols from the inner sleeve underneath. The back contains the artist name, album title, tracklist, and a photo of the artist.

A poster is included, with a gate and quote on the front, and a photo of the artist on the back.

A printed inner sleeve is included with the artist name, album title, and symbols on the front. And the credits on the back, with a cutout to reveal the record label below. The album is pressed on grey marble, limited to 3000 copies, for sides A, and B.

Today we are looking at, Pang by Caroline Polachek. Released by Perpetual Novice with no catalog number in 2020, for this original 2019 release. 

This marks her first full length release, despite being active in the music industry for many years. The cover has this image of the artist on a rope ladder, along with her logo. The back has a symmetrical design surrounding the tracklisting.

This release includes a poster, with the cover image on one side, and the lyrics and imagery for each track on the opposite side.

The album is pressed on black LP, with the labels reflecting a light and dark theme for sides AAA, and OOO.
