Reveal 0169: True Widow - True Widow

Today we are looking at, the debut self-titled release by True Widow. Repressed by End Sounds as catalog number END 1018 in 2014, for this original 2008 release. This is the third pressing of this album.

The cover has this illustration. The back contains the tracklist and credits underneath the band name. Opening the gatefold reveals two photos from inside a dilapidated house.

This release includes two inserts, with the lyrics for the first record and a geometric image on the first, and a photo of the band and the lyrics for the second record on the second.

The album is pressed on two orange LPs for sides A, B, C, and D.

Reveal 0103: Sannhet - Revisionist

Today we are looking at, Revisionist by Sannhet. Released by Flenser Records as catalog number FR53 in 2015.

This marks their second full length release. The cover has an image of the painting ‘Ophilia’ with the band name and album title. The back contains the tracklisting and credits for the album.

This release includes a printed inner sleeve, with additional imagery from the ‘Ophilia’ painting.

The album is pressed on Orange for sides A and B, and was limited to 300 copies.

This marks their second full length release. The cover has this pink and blue image, which is mirrored on the back. Opening the gatefold reveals the tracklisting, and images of the contributing artists and band members.

This release includes two printed inner sleeves, with some art on the front, and the credits on the back of the first, and artwork on the front, with nothing on the back for the second inner sleeve. The album is pressed on orange for sides A and B, and blue for sides C and D.

This marks her fourth full length release. The cover has an image of the artist in a field, mimicking a 60’s style motif for the album. The back continues this style, and includes the tracklisting.

This release includes a printed inner sleeve with an image of a field of flowers on the front, and the lyrics on the back. The album is pressed on one orange LP for sides A, and B.
